Ok this is our Weekly Schedule for all that wish to know, this will be going on for the next few weeks (at least Feb)

• Sunday
  Retro Raid - 630pm - Usually will NOT be on the Calendar
• Monday
  Nothing Scheduled, usually to finish out specific retro stuff people want to do weekly but cant really solo.
• Tuesday
  Firelands Farming - 630pm - On Schedule
  Need 2 Tanks, 2/3 Healers, 5/6 DPS - You can get 300 Valor for this along with Helping Freakymair get the Essences for the Staff
• Wednesday
  Group LFR - 630pm - On Schedule
  We as a Guild Group will sign up together and NEED on any piece useable by our Group and sort out drops later.
• Thursday
  Nothing - Some Heroics for Guild Challenges and Achievements
• Friday
  Weekly Guild Dragonsoul Run - 630pm - On Schedule
  This is our Progression Group. Strongest will surivive. Be prepared. Review the Fights (not LFR version)
• Saturday
  Dragonsoul Continuation or Firelands Farming or LFR Again. This is decided on Friday Nite after Dragonsoul Run.

Some Footnotes:

We are under 200 Flasks from the Achievement of 3000 (and new recipe for Alchemists aka Bigger Cauldron). Any Cata herbs you can donate please do so - we will have the Flask Specs crank out some usefuls.

Freaky is at 69/250 for the Essences - about 20-25 a week is what its taking unless we attempt some Heroics - but that would require solid group not a throw together.

And... Blizzard is going to implement RealID Raiding with Patch 4.3.2 - whereas we can invite RealID Friends to our raids (ex: Reikoshea can be added from his other server to join us if need be or even Tulsami (if he was playing) etc etc.) BUT this would only be for Pre-Dragonsoul Raids (from what I have read). But would still be fun to raid with others cross realm.

Grow Up People

I am not here to babysit 30-40 adults week in and week out. I am not your mother or father.

If you have an issue with someone playing as in spec, play style or anything else, discuss it calmly with them, do not bring it to me.

If someone is harassing you, or insulting you, or overall griefing your play style... that's when it becomes my problem and I will take care of it.

If you have a problem on how someone tanks, you best have a tank and know how to use it and the same class as the one you have a problem with.

This goes the same for Healers.

DPS - Ex: If you have a problem with a hunter on how they do things, then you best have a hunter that can outperform the one your having issues with - - - etc with the other DPS Classes.

While I am on my rant - Calender is there to post the Raids each week - I do prefer that people log in at least once a week and respond to the calendar. Lack of responding makes it look like you dont care to raid and if that is the case you will be demoted off the Calendar Raid List. If you sign up with ALOT of Tenatives, well that will also issue demotion and removed from the Raid List.

And.. If you sign up, your expected to be there, and on time, and ready to Raid until Raid Lead (usually Grat) says there is no raid, otherwise Raid will proceed.

Just drawing everyone's attention to the fact that we have picked up some new members, and recently seen the re-emergence of a few others. Welcome to Sinnh and Hapianhk, and welcome back to Kunoichi, Shystor, Kepa, Haarlot, Hikkup, Gothi and a few others that I'm sure I'm forgetting, as I haven't been around much. We have a few other applications pending, so there may be some more new folks in our future!

As a bank manager, I also wanted to let people know that we have lots of pre-cata profession mats available. The guild holds two other banks, which myself, Grat, and FG can access for people. We have searched in vain for some kind of mod that would let people know exactly what's in there. But I can give people a general sense.

We have a healthy stock of enchanting mats (nearly a full tab), cloth (especially netherweave), cooking mats, metal in both ore and bar form, gems from Vanilla on up (yes, I know there was no JC in Vanilla, but you know what I'm trying to express). We also have a limited amount of BC and WOTLK-era herbs, and some of the BOE holiday items (especially Winter Veil stuff). We have a fair amount of leatherworking mats, but I know nothing about the profession and can't speak to its vintage. There are recipies from a variety of professions. There are specialized crafting mats like orbs and soul essences. There are rep items for Sons of Hodir, Aldor/Scryer, Cenarion Expedition and Brood of Nozdormu/AQ40.

Don't be shy if you need anything. The items just sit there for the most part. You can message me, FG or Grat, and if we're not on, we'll pull the stuff for you next time we are around.

At the same time, though, don't forget that the stuff exists because guildies past and present went out and contributed it. As much as we want to see people using the stuff, we also like it when people can pay it forward. We always need Cata cooking mats, herbs and potions, and gems. Using your in-game downtime to gather these things is a concrete way you can help the guild and is very much appreciated.

Tonite - Tues Oct 18 If the Horseman counts as Dungeon Challenge will knock out 7 of them tonite (3 guildies min per run) for the week (same for next Tues).

The question came up this weekend: who's the Major Dumbass, Staghelm, or the guild that killed him and forgot to get screenshots?

Anyway, as I'm sure you've noted, we are now 6/7 in Firelands. Freaky needs one more Ember to begin the next phase of her quest for the legendary staff (and for the Tarecgosa pet for the rest of us We downed Staghelm Friday night, leaving Saturday clear for attempts on Ragnaros. I think we got him to around 60% on our best tries. I felt the fight was a lot of fun, but I had the feeling a few others might have disagreed Anyway, if you plan on going this week, do watch the vid as there's a lot going on!

Welcome back Randy from his trip to Florida and the Bahamas! This weekend also saw the re-emergence of a few of our inactive members, so welcome back to WoW to them, too.

As most of you know by now, Firelands has been nerfed in preparation for them to release Patch 4.3 on PTR.

Notable changes is Beth, Lord R and Shannox (and adds) have been reduced by 15% damage and health.

All other bosses and adds, have been reduced 25% in damage and health.

Be on your game on Friday those that are on schedule (which will be decided tonite). So we can make most of the new changes.

Tonite: Naxxaramus 25man - Shocking! Achievement - now dont get me wrong we arent just going to run in do it and be done, if enough people need other achievements we will go thru them best we can from 630-830(ish). But Construct wing will be priority.

Thursday: BoT/BWD - this is Farm instances - BoT requires 2 healers whereas BWD 3 (for Nef only). Depending on Signups on which we do.

Friday: Firelands Startup - Be on your Best Game
Saturday: Firelands Continue - Hope this to be Baelroc or even Assrazor to start.

Sunday: Retro Raid - Ulduar 25m Achievements - Drake Run. More the Merrier to help get achievements down.
